Shipping Information:

Any order will be shipped 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed and payment is received.

Please call or email us if expedited and/or international shipping is needed.



Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

•All sales are final. Merchandise damaged or lost during shipping will be replaced at the expense of Broadway Merchandising.

•Items may be returned for exchange or credit if returned in a resellable unused condition.

•Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order to receive credit.

Please include a note inside the package with your name, address, order number and indicate that the item is a return.

•The customer pays the shipping cost to return items to us. Outgoing shipping fees will not be refunded.

•The customer is responsible for packaging the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Items must be received in a resellable condition to qualify for an exchange or credit.

•Your item will be exchanged within 7 business days after we have received the items.



Exchange policy

In the event of a manufacturing problem or sizing issue, clothing may be exchanged provided that it is unworn, unwashed and remains in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) in order to complete the exchange. Please return all items for exchange to the address above with a note indicating your shipping information and what size you wish to have sent to you.



What do I do if I need to cancel or change an order?

Email us immediately at starstuff@bwaymerch.com. Please include the order number, the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order and what you would like changed. If your order has not yet been shipped, we should be able to make the change for you. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
